Barry Granich is an experienced family law lawyer and a lawyer in criminal matters, having obtained both his civil law and common law degrees from McGill University, and having been called to the Bar in 1975.
He has extensive court experience, having pleaded numerous cases before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal, as well as the Youth Court.
In the course of his practice, Me Granich deals regularly with all matters relating to family law, including custody, visitation rights, alimony, child support, marriage contracts, domestic violence, sexual abuse and grandparents visitation rights.
Me Granich also handles numerous aspects relating to criminal law, including assault, driving infractions, impaired driving cases, demerit points, absolute and conditional discharges, shoplifting, theft and domestic violence.
